This course aims to support learners to move forward with their personal life goals. Using arts and crafts-based activities, the course will include creative tasks which support learners own mental well-being and offer time for rediscovery and reflection. Unlock your creativity and explore a variety of relaxing and rewarding handmade crafts. Discover the process of creating beautiful handmade seeded paper, perfect for thoughtful, eco-friendly gifts that continue to grow. You’ll design and decorate elegant bookmarks using expressive watercolour techniques, adding a personal touch to every piece. The course also introduces the art of pressing delicate flowers into clay to craft unique and decorative fridge magnets. Ideal for beginners or those looking to rekindle their creative spark, this course offers a welcoming space to experiment, learn new skills, and produce meaningful, handcrafted items ready for gifting.
